A Paris-based creative production studio run by Alex van Kampen and Lolita Daskalu-Glover. Two Australians, one studio, working between Paris and the rest of the world.
We started Lumi Haus to make the kind of campaigns we wanted to see and weren't seeing. Brands were stitching every campaign together from four to six different vendors — a photographer, a videographer, a producer, a casting director, a location scout, a behind-the-scenes shooter — and the work that came out of that process looked like what it was.
Coherent campaigns are made by coherent teams. We built one.
A campaign should feel like the opening of a film. A place, a face, a feeling. Not a product shown, but a story made watchable. We shoot analog first — 35mm film for the stills, Super 8 for the texture, cinematic digital for the motion that needs to live online.
The mediums chose themselves. They're how we believe campaigns should look in a moment when most content looks the same.
Fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands launching seasonal campaigns, new collections, or brand-defining films.
Campaigns made for Free People, Trovata, Rhode, Lewis & Melly, Charlotte Simone, L*Space, Mejuri, Jonak, Oddli, and French Connection.
Based in Paris. Working across the South of France, Sicily, the Greek islands, the Spanish coast, Portugal, Australia, and Latin America. The studio is two people, four cases of kit, and a passport that stays open — wherever the campaign needs to live, we'll meet it there.
That's the studio. If you've got a campaign coming, we'd love to hear about it.
